Here’s some photos from the loop we took in the mountains southwest of Bend where we visited Taylor Lake and Waldo Lake on Monday, August 13th.

Syncros in the “Ghost Forest”.  This area north of Waldo Lake was burned back in 1996. Sort of strange that most of the dead trees are white and gray and still standing.
